Chris Dobbs is  a narrative artist residing in Teignmouth,  Devon.
In 2020 he opened the Gallery Serenity in Teignmouth giving local artists the opportunity to exhibit in the public space, and to offer their work for sale.
The gallery is stewarded by the artists and is normally open Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm.
